What data is used?
When you prepare an email enquiry, the website uses the name, email address, selected apartment, dates and message you enter. The current form opens your own email application; the website does not store the form submission in a database.
Why is data used?
Data is used to answer enquiries, confirm availability, prepare an offer, administer a reservation, issue required records and communicate about a stay.
Legal basis and retention
Enquiry data is processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Reservation and payment records may also be retained where required for contractual, accounting or legal obligations. Enquiries that do not become reservations are deleted when no longer needed.
Recipients
Data may be processed by email and hosting providers necessary to operate communication and the website. Platform bookings are separately processed by Airbnb or Booking.com under their own privacy notices.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency. Send privacy requests to the email above.
Security
Bank-account details are not publicly displayed. Payment details are sent privately only after availability and the reservation terms have been confirmed.
