1. Host and contact
The accommodation is offered by Zvonko Čapko. Direct-booking enquiries are handled at booking@domagojboutique.com or through the WhatsApp button on this website.
2. Reservation confirmation
A direct reservation is confirmed only after availability and the total price have been confirmed in writing and the required payment has been received. For bookings made more than 30 days before arrival, an advance payment of 30% of the total amount confirms the dates. For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, the full amount is due immediately.
3. Remaining balance
For bookings made more than 30 days before arrival, the remaining 70% must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, full payment is required immediately after confirmation.
4. Cancellation
The 30% advance payment is non-refundable. A guest may cancel before the due date for the remaining balance, but the advance payment is retained. Any different arrangement must be confirmed in writing.
5. Minimum stay and latest booking
The minimum stay is 5 nights for stays that include dates from 15 June through 15 September, and 4 nights during the rest of the year. A direct reservation may be made no later than 4 days before arrival.
6. Seasonal operation
Olive and Lavender are available throughout the year. The Njivice apartment is normally open from 15 March through 1 November and closed from 2 November through 14 March.
7. Occupancy
Olive: maximum 2 adults and up to 2 children aged 12 or younger on the sofa bed. Lavender: maximum 3 adults (or 2 adults and 1 guest under 18) plus 1 child aged 12 or younger. Occupancy for Njivice is confirmed with each offer and may not exceed the registered capacity.
8. House rules
Pets are not accepted. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments and on their balconies. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor seating areas. Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.
9. Prices, discounts and cleaning
Published prices are per apartment, per night. Stay discounts are 5% for 7–14 nights, 10% for 15–29 nights and 30% for 30 nights or more. Final cleaning is €92 for every apartment and is included for stays of 15 nights or more.
10. Estimates and availability
The website calculator provides an estimate only. The binding price, availability and payment instructions are those stated in the written booking confirmation.
11. Platform bookings
Reservations made through Airbnb or Booking.com are governed by the terms and cancellation policy shown on that platform at the time of booking.
These terms describe the current direct-booking policy. They should be reviewed after accounting and legal requirements for online card payments are finalised.
